Rules & Guidelines: READ CAREFULLY!

1. All fields are required
2. You must enter valid contact information. We will keep this private and will not share it with any outside organization.
3. Please enter art dimensions in inches.
4. When Uploading:
- - Your image must be in .jpg format.
- - Your image must be under 3 megabytes.
- - Your image must be rotated correctly.
- - Picresize.com may help with this step.
- - Title your image to include your full name.
- - Remove camera timestamps, background objects and all non-submission elements from the photo. You should disable the date/timestamp on your camera before taking your picture.
5. Entries will not be accepted without proper payment.
6. You may submit no more than two works. Please view our payment options for details on pricing.

Payment: READ Very CAREFULLY!

You must use the form below to pay your submission fees. Please read and choose your payment option carefully.
You must be a member to submit work. If you are not a member, a membership fee of $35 must be added in addition to your submission fee. Members who have already paid their 2010 dues are noted with an º on the membership list under About MSW.
All payments are final, refunds will not be given on this website. If you are due a refund, please contact us by email.
If payment for one submission is received alongside two submissions, only the first of the two submissions will be considered.
If you have questions about the payments portion of the submission process, please contact us using the contact form on the contact page.
Please make sure your submission was sent (submit button was clicked and green acceptance form was shown) using the form to the left before clicking the payment link, otherwise all input information will be lost upon returning to the submission page. You can verify your submission was sent by checking your email to see that you were sent a copy of your submission.
