We will paint this dancing couple.

If you are able to draw and mask your painting ahead of time that would be great.

You can print them as an architectural print at Fed Ex printing for about $2.40
Cheryl recommends painting on a half sheet (22x15).
It’s easier than painting smaller, she promises!
Don’t worry about the background. Just draw out the value shapes of the figures.
We will pour a background with fluid acrylics and paint the details in the shirts and the faces with watercolors

(the brightest you can get)
- Golden Fluid Acrylics
quin gold, quin magenta, Phthalo Blue (red or green shade), black
- Daniel Smith, Holbein, Winsor Newton watercolors
quin gold, quin rose, Prussian blue, shell pink, jaune brilliant 1 and 2, lamp black
Any colors you have in your palette
- Hair dryer
- Pebeo Drawing Gum
- Masking pick to lift
- Viva (patternless) paper towels
- Brushes
- Plastic cups
- Pencils
- Water container(s)
- Spray bottle
- Mister
- Mouth Atomizer
- Rubber Cement pick-up
- Table Covers
Cheryl will bring and share:
masking brushes,
spray gesso,
stencils,
doggy pee pads (to catch poured paint),
gloves or gloves in a bottle(my preference)
